A Carter Lumber EWP Coordinator is responsible for supporting our sales team and customers throughout the engineered wood product design and order process. Tracks project progress from initial design through order release and delivery, ensuring a smooth, professional experience for builders and homeowners. A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company are necessary to this position.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales support and construction design
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Responsibilities: Sales & Design
Coordinates timelines for EWP design work to support sales commitments and customer project schedules.
Prioritizes design requests and ensures layouts, quotes, and material lists are completed accurately and on time.
Communicates project status updates to sales representatives, customers, and internal teams.
