A Carter Lumber Bilingual Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support which includes entering and generating quotes/orders, confirmation calls, assisting sales reps/office staff and providing excellent service to customers. This position works closely with all production departments as well as dispatching, to coordinate and track work orders from production to delivery. This is accomplished by having constant communication with plant personnel to ensure orders are completed accurately and timely. A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company are necessary to this position.
