A Kight Home Center (a division of Carter Lumber) Service and Warranty Administrator will be responsible for coordinating warranty-related service work for windows and doors. This role requires strong knowledge of window and door products, an understanding of installation practices, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company are necessary to this position.

Customer Service
Ensures that customers are treated with the utmost respect and given the highest quality of workmanship. This is accomplished through timely completion of the job, attention to detail, following the company’s code of conduct and the ability to react to problems and complaints in a patient and understanding manner.
Knowledge & Training
Maintain a strong understanding of window and door products, components, and common issues. Complete required training to stay current on product updates and warranty procedures. Obtain and maintain any necessary certifications related to warranty administration.
